still holding on... ♥ 1:45 PM

exams over and it only means tt our attachment begins...
we last min changed to a ward tt we've nv been to...
but it's near my sis's ward...
so still nt so bad la...
anyway, it's been like onli 4 days and i can say i dun like 2 SN there already...
their attitude not tt good...
very picky and strict on student...
i din really kena(i hope i dun too)
but i see the way they treat the yr 3 student when they pass report is horrible...
tok when they passing, complain this and tt, keep asking them to hurry up...
it's alright if they want to them to learn faster,
but the way they say it make me wan to slap their faces!
another thing is,
we got a super ya ya yr 3 student...
yen yen and me cannot stand her...
keep on acting like she knows everything under the sun...
apparently, bcoz yen yen went back to sch to help out in the orientation yesterday,
she din know wat actually happened to me and her...
let's start wif the passing of report,
patient ask for bedpan, she ask me go take...
den i answered back tt i need to take the report bcoz the cubicle is also under me.
but she insisted tt i take,
so my face kinda black or attitude u would say...
inside me, i was thinking,
why can't u take?
u also dun in-charge here...
u din even help in this cubicle!
luckily, this pt is know since she stay for a few days already...!
after tt in the evening,
she ask me whether i wan to do cic,
i answered back her la...
also not my cubicle and nv do b4 also...
so she say lor,
erm... up to u la... i noe u all nv do b4... i will help u one...
then for the sake of my learning,
of course i do...
muz take opportunity one!
after doing the thing,
she say my technique quite good, onli the trolley put wrong side...
haix...
and actually, when i was doing my surgical handwash before doning my gloves,
"brother"(male nursing officier) was nearby...
seriously speaking, tt's the scariest surgical handwash i've ever done!
after i'm done washing off the soap,
he actually walked up to me and said my handwash was good... as if im going to OT!
duh!
u nearby of course i muz do it more carefully lor!
yesterday, also assisted the doctor to put on a cast for my patient,
it's really the first time i've seen the doctor put a cast...
rathering interesting!
there was also another sort of tissue biopsy...
no idea wat is call but the doctor sort of did a biopsy on the breast lump...
rather similar to other type of biopsy juz tt the type of biopsy needle they use is diff...
this one used is like a gun...
when he inserted the needle, he will "shoot" to get the tissue...
after getting the tissue, he will put it in a specimen bottle fill up with a type of solution,
he later explained to us tt if breast tissue, it will float...
in her case, the DOCTOR SAY is cancer tissue bcoz it sink!
interesting, lor!
anyway, when yen yen not working with me,
i seem to always have more unexpected things happening...
i actually saw my ex-colleague working in the meridien at the ward...
he say his dad is admitted in my ward...
i tell him tt his dad will get well...
he said hopefully...
i mean muz always look at things on the brighter side of life isn't it?
we muz haf faith in them...
despite the very end, they passed on,
they would also be glad tt we r strong!
